Music Ministry

CSA music ministry provides music for all worship experiences at the Catholic Center from Praise and Worship Adoration to music for Sunday Mass. We're a relaxed group, but we make beautiful and prayerful music for the Campus Ministry events. All singers are welcome and we’re open to every instrument from guitar to harp to baritone to piccolo (please leave your kazoos behind).

Opportunites

8:00pm Mass – St. Peter’s Church

Our main music group (choir and instrumentalists) takes care of the 8pm Mass on Sunday nights at St. Peter’s Church at the end of College Ave. We practice every Wednesday at 8:00pm at the church. All vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome and no audition is required.

Spirit Nite Praise Band

Every Tuesday night during the year, CSA music ministry kicks off Spirit Nite with a time of praise and worship. For this, we bring out our guitars (acoustic and electric), electric bass, and drums. The Praise Band is always looking for new members.

On Campus Masses

CSA Music Ministry also provides music for all of the on-campus Masses (see Mass schedule!). At these Masses, there is usually an experienced guitarist and a cantor to lead the music. These musicians are scheduled on a rotation for the semester.

Retreat Music

Not up for the every week commitment? You can always jump on board the CSA music team for a one time event like a retreat or any other special events. For these events, check out the CSA calendar.

Contact Anthony Nardino (he's the guy that is cranking the amp up to 11 in the picture above), he'll give you details and help you get involved. Shoot him an e-mail, or find him up in the choir loft before or after the 8pm Mass. CSA Music Ministry always needs new members, so please consider joining us!
