Getting Involved
So, you've liked what you've seen on our site and it seems like a pretty cool thing to be involved in, so what's next??? Well that all depends!
For Students (or those who are going to be a student in the coming semester): you can always Register with us so you are not left out of the latest information. If you are interested in becoming Catholic, we can get you set up with some classes to help you learn about the Catholic Faith and guide you in your consideration of claiming the faith as your own. If you want to help more with the Catholic Center itself (and you are still a student) you can work for us.Alumni, well, while your college days are behind you, you can still meet up with old friends and reminisce about the times you had at the Catholic Center, or maybe look a former chaplain up just to show how much he or she had meant in your life.
Youth Ministers, Teachers, Principals, PCL's, Catechists or Parents: Do you have a high school Junior or Senior class that is thinking about going away to college and aren't sure what to expect? In 2010-11, we are developing a new program called The Rutgers Experience, to encourage students to see what Campus Ministry is all about, and encourage them to take the steps in finding their Catholic Church at whatever university they decided to go to.
For everyone: this apostolate is a great blessing, but it also is not free, your monetary support along with your prayerful support is always needed. Consider Donating to the Catholic Center at Rutgers today!
